Official Rules
Please Read These Official Rules With Your Parent or Legal Guardian.
No Purchase or Payment Necessary to Enter or Win. Many will enter, few will win.
A Purchase Will Not Increase Your Chances of Winning.
Eligibility:
Bubblicious Bubble Blow-In Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District
of Columbia who are at least 13 years of age and are full-time students of a Junior High or High School in the United States
as of date of entry. All such students who are under 18 must have a parent's or legal guardian's permission to participate
in this Sweepstakes. Officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents of Cadbury Adams USA LLC ("Sponsor"),
Gold n Fish Marketing Group LLC, Project Support Team, Inc., and any of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries,
retailers, distributors, suppliers, and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the "Released Parties"), and their
immediate family members (for the purposes of this Sweepstakes, defined as a parent, spouse, child, or sibling, and their
respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related,
are not eligible to enter or win a prize. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted by law. All applicable
federal, state and local laws apply.
Promotion Period:
Sweepstakes begins 12:00:01 a.m. (midnight) Eastern Time ("ET") on 3/17/08 and ends 11:59:59 a.m. ET on 12/21/08 ("Promotion Period").
The Promotion Period will be divided into forty (40) Weekly Entry Periods with the first Weekly Entry Period starting on 3/17/08
and ending on 3/23/08. Each subsequent Weekly Entry Period will then start on a Monday at 12:00:00 a.m. (midnight) ET and end on
the following Sunday at 11:59:59 p.m. ET, except for the first day of the Promotion Period which begins at 12:00:01 a.m. (midnight)
ET and the last day of the Promotion Period which ends at 11:59:59 a.m. ET.
How To Enter:
Visit www.bubbleblowin.com and click on the "Play the Game button" during the Promotion Period and follow the instructions provided
to answer the provided trivia questions. If you are under the age of 18 you should have your parent's or legal guardian's permission to participate.
Each time you correctly answer a trivia question, the bubble, in which the character on the computer screen is trying to blow, will inflate.
Each time you answer a trivia question incorrectly, the bubble will deflate. Correctly answer enough trivia questions to inflate the character's bubble to 3"
(in accordance with the on-screen ruler) and you will automatically be directed to the Official Entry Form. Fully complete and submit the Official Entry Form
to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. During each entry, each entrant will be asked a maximum of 20 trivia questions; OR, you may enter without
answering the trivia questions by visiting the above website address during the Promotion Period, clicking on the "Click here to enter Sweepstakes
without playing game" option that appears on the bottom of the screen and following the instructions provided to fully complete and submit the Official
Entry Form. Only one (1) entry per person and per e-mail address per week will be accepted for the duration of the Promotion Period, regardless of
method of entry. In case of multiple entries during any week from any one person or e-mail address, only the first entry from that person or e-mail address
during that week will be accepted.All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged. The use of script, macro
or any automated devices (or any other devices intended to automate any aspect of participation) to enter is prohibited. If Sponsor, in its sole discretion,
determines that an entrant has used an automated or similar device to enter, all entries from that entrant will be void. In the event of a dispute as to the
identity of an entrant, entry will be awarded to the person named on the applicable online entry form (regardless of whether that is the name of the authorized
account holder of the e-mail address from which said online entry form was submitted). Released Parties are not responsible for lost, incomplete, invalid,
unintelligible, delayed, inaccurate, undeliverable, late, stolen, garbled, damaged, misdirected or undeliverable entries or trivia answers or bubble size,
all of which will be disqualified; failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines or telephone systems or other communications malfunctions; interrupted
or unavailable network, server, cable, satellite, Internet Service Provider (ISP) or other connections; miscommunications, failed computer hardware or
software or other technical failures; garbled, lost, misrouted or scrambled transmissions; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in any
transmission or communication; traffic congestion on the Internet or for any technical problem, including but not limited to any injury or damage to
entrants' or any other person's computer or other device related to or resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes; printing, typographical or other
errors appearing within these Official Rules or in any Sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials; or other errors or problems of any kind whether
mechanical, human, technical, electronic; or errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, trivia
answers or bubble size and the awarding or announcement of prizes.
Entrants' and their parents' or legal guardian;' personally identifiable information will only be used to enter entrants in the
Sweepstakes and for the announcement and notification of potential winners, in accordance with the Cadbury Adams USA LLC Privacy
Policy, as posted on http://www.cadburyadams.com/PrivacyPolicy/tabid/214/Default.aspx. Sponsor will not sell, distribute, or maintain
entrants' or their parents' or legal guardians' personally identifiable information and shall delete all such information upon the
full conclusion of the Sweepstakes (except as otherwise outlined in these Official Rules).
Winner Selection:
There will be a total of forty (40) individual Weekly Prize random drawings conducted (one (1) for each Weekly Entry Period
during the Promotion Period) from among all eligible entries received during each applicable week. Drawings will be conducted
following the completion of each week throughout the Promotion Period with the first drawing on or about 3/28/08 and the last
drawing on or about 12/29/08. Eligible non-winning entries received for one weekly drawing will not carry forward to subsequent
weekly drawings. All drawings will be conducted by Project Support Team, Inc., an independent judging organization. By
participating, entrants (and, if eligible minors, their parents or legal guardians) agree to these Official Rules and to the
decisions of the Sponsor and judges, which will be final and binding in all respects. The potential winners will be notified
by telephone and/or overnight mail and/or regular mail. If a winner is an eligible minor, the prize may, at Sponsor's discretion
be awarded in name of the parent/legal guardian of minor entrant whose entry is selected as a winner for the applicable drawing
and such parent or legal guardian will be required to fulfill all requirements imposed on winners set forth herein.
Odds of winning any drawing will depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the applicable drawing.
Limit one (1) prize per person and per household for the entire Sweepstakes.
Forty (40) Weekly Prizes (one (1) per Weekly Entry Period):
$200 Ticketmaster Gift Card. Terms and conditions on gift cards may apply. All prize details will be determined by Sponsor
in its sole discretion. All federal, state and local taxes, and any other expenses associated with prize acceptance and use
not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the winners. Approximate Retail Value = $200 per Weekly Entry
Period.
Miscellaneous:
No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution of prizes except by Sponsor who may substitute a prize with one of
comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Potential winners (and any minor winner's parent or legal guardian) may
be required to execute and return an Address Verification Form within fourteen (14) days of date of issuance of notification.
Noncompliance with this requirement, with these Official Rules, or a prize or prize notification being returned as non-deliverable,
will result in disqualification and, at Sponsor's discretion, an alternate winner being selected for the drawing at issue.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any entries of entrants whom Sponsor believes has attempted to
tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes. CAUTION: Any attempt to
deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil
laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and/or other remedies (including
attorneys' fees) from any such person(s) responsible for the attempt to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor reserves
the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, and/or terminate this Sweepstakes (or portion thereof) should virus, bugs,
non-authorized human intervention or other causes, including but not limited to war, strikes, and/or acts of God, corrupt or impair
the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes and, in the case of termination, at its discretion, select
a winner for the drawing at issue from eligible non-suspect entries received for such drawing prior to the event requiring such
termination. All entrants and their parents or legal guardians, if applicable, agree that New York law shall apply exclusively
to the Sweepstakes and that any dispute with respect to the Sweepstakes shall be resolved in either the federal or state courts
located in the State of New York. By participating, entrants (and, if eligible minors, their parents or legal guardians) agree
that 1) Sponsor and its designees may use, each winner's name, (and, if an eligible minor, parent's or legal guardian's name),
city and state of residence, photograph and/or likeness for advertising, trade and/or any other purposes in any and all media now
or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without further compensation, permission or notification
(unless prohibited by law); and 2) the Released Parties shall have no liability and will be held harmless by entrants for any
claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage to entrant or any other person or entity, including, without limitation,
personal injury or death to entrant or any other person or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part,
directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize won or participation in this Sweepstakes.
Sponsor is not responsible for any inability of any potential winner to accept a prize, and reserves the right, at its sole
discretion, to disqualify or eliminate such winner and, at Sponsor's sole discretion, award prize to an alternate winner for
the drawing at issue.
